Dylan is in his third year of college. He is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Trumpet Performance at Southwestern Oklahoma State University.(SWOSU)

While at SWOSU, he studies under Dr. Richard Tirk, and participates in many ensembles such as the SWOSU Symphony Orchestra, Wind Symphony, and Jazz Orchestra. He has performed in multiple masterclasses, including Dr. David Hunsicker, Dr. Karl Sievers, Dr. William Tackacs and most recently he performed Alexander Goedicke's Trumpet Concerto for Dr. Raquel Samayoa. 

Dylan enjoys teaching trumpet lessons to students of all ages.  He currently teaches lessons through the SWOSU Music Academy to High School students.

He has also performed with multiple ensembles at music conferences, such as the SWOSU Trumpet Ensemble at the International Trumpet Guild Conference in 2023, as well as the OKMEA Intercollegiate Honor Band in 2025.
